4. Intellectual Property

The software, websites, original content, and design belonging to our proprietary products remain the intellectual property of Xopera Technologies. Client projects hold separate contractual provisions detailed in their respective Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Xopera Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service.
• Any content obtained from the service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Islamabad for the resolution of any disputes.
